The ownership of the goods to be delivered as ordered shall not pass to the Purchaser so long as any money shall remain due by the Purchaser to Stayfence Ltd (in respect of any goods delivered to the Purchaser or otherwise). In default of payment of all such moneys, title shall remain with Stayfence® Ltd and it shall have the right to repossess the goods without notice or other formality. Notwithstanding that title shall not have passed, the goods shall be at the risk of the Purchaser as to destruction, damage, theft or deterioration.
All products sent back for warranty must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Stayfence must be notified by phone 058-44988 or email email@example.com that you are sending a product back for warranty, as you may require a reference number.
Stayfence electronic products are covered with a limited 5 year warranty on electronic components. The 1st year from time of purchase, parts and labour are covered under this warranty. Years 2 to 5 of ownership parts are covered, labour in fixing your product will be applied. The labour charge will be agreed with you before any work in repairing your product is undertaken.
Any product sent back for warranty will be sent back at you own cost.
The warranty does not cover damage to straps, batteries, contact points, moisture damage, dog chew damage, lightening/power surge damage. Misuse, loss, or damage by the pet or improper use or handling is not covered. Stayfence will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product or any incidental or consequential damage.
The warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser, it does not apply to any third party.
The purchaser assumes all liabilities associated with the use and ownership of this product.
The product is for use on domestic dogs only.

Any information in these materials including our website are not meant to be comprehensive, so if you and not sure of any instruction, you should always seek advice from us or a veterinarian.

To return a damaged or incorrect item:
If your product arrives broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product or if your product is defective, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us at no cost to you. Once the item is received back to the Stayfence office we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund. To return a product within the cooling off period (14 days distance selling), please contact us first via phone or email as you may require a reference number. To return the product will be at you own cost.
We can arrange for the product to be picked up (reverse pickup) by our courier. When received back to the Stayfence office we will contact you to arrange a refund. If we do not receive the item back in merchantable quality there may be a discount applied to your refund. The item sent back must be in its full packaging as we sent it. The cost of the reverse pickup be equal to the original sending out cost and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Make sure to include all contact details when sending any item back to Stayfence as any missing contact details will cause delays in resolving any issues.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
